Cancel anytime
Cancel from Account → Manage billing at any time. Cancelling is never hidden behind a support conversation. If you cancel a Build trial before day 7, nothing is charged.
After cancelling
Your paid plan stays active until the paid-until date. Then your account becomes Free; your projects, Idea Checks and evidence stay readable and exportable.
Changing cycle
Switch between Build and Launch, or between monthly and yearly, in Account → Manage billing. The payment provider shows the exact amount, including any credit for unused time, before you confirm.
Refunds
Refund conditions follow the terms approved with our payment provider and the consumer rules that apply to you. They will be published here before paid plans open.
