The service
Proofoak is a software subscription that helps you choose a direction, prepare an offer and sample, plan tests with real people and record evidence. It is not consulting, coaching, legal, tax or investment advice.
No guaranteed outcomes
We don’t guarantee clients, replies, revenue, market demand or the accuracy of every third-party source. Idea Checks and dossiers are AI-assisted research: they can be wrong or out of date, so check the sources before you spend money. Businesses listed as possible customers are not willing buyers.
Your responsibilities
You provide accurate information, review and approve all materials, send any messages yourself through channels you are allowed to use, follow the rules of your market and deliver the service you sell to your own clients. You only upload files you are authorised to use.
What we don’t do
We never send messages, publish pages or spend money on your behalf. We don’t invent experience, qualifications, clients or results.
Plans and quotas
The Free, Build and Launch plans and their monthly limits are described on the Pricing page. Limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month (UTC) and do not roll over. Build includes a 7-day trial once per account.
Acceptable use
No unlawful outreach, scraping that breaches site terms, collection of personal data without a basis, or attempts to access other users’ projects.
Changes and contact
We will announce material changes before they apply. The governing law and company details will be set once the company is registered.
